Ping An Healthcare and Technology Company Limited (“Ping An Good Doctor” or the “Company”; Stock Code: 1833.HK) and Organon (Shanghai) Pharmaceutical Trading Co., Ltd. (“Organon”) signed a cooperation agreement at the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai on November 6. The collaboration aims to explore innovative models and co-create a new digital health paradigm integrating “Healthcare+Medicine+Insurance / Services”.
“Healthy China” and “Digital China” strategies have deepened in recent years, with supportive policies unlocking industry potential. An aging population and rising demand for health services are driving hospitals, healthcare companies and insurers to accelerate digital transformation, creating broad growth opportunities across the digital healthcare ecosystem. Over the past decade, Ping An Good Doctor has focused on healthcare, building a large user base and leveraging advanced AI medical technology and service experience to deliver high-quality, one-stop, user-centered care. Through online, professional family doctor touchpoints, the platform helps users identify disease risks earlier and better match treatment plans, shifting from treatment to prevention of diseases and enabling proactive health management across the life cycle.
“Partnering with an industry leader like Organon is not a simple business add-on, but a deep integration and complementarity of ecosystem capabilities,” a Ping An Good Doctor executive said at the signing ceremony. As a flagship member of Ping An Group’s health and senior care ecosystem, the company said it operates an in-house doctor team certified by PKU Healthcare Industry Group and is empowered by Ping An Group’s in-house AI medical large model. With accuracy and satisfaction rates above 98%, the service effectively handles users’ daily health consultations and clinical needs, supporting broader access to inclusive healthcare. Beyond online services, Ping An Good Doctor routes users to a robust “in-home, in-company, and in-store” offline service network, forming a closed-loop experience. By the nine months ended 30 September 2025, the company had provided online and offline integrated 24/7 proactive health management to more than 40 million family-doctor members, with 50,000 in-house doctors and contracted external doctors across 37 specialties and partnered with 240,000 pharmacies to meet full-scenario, multi-tiered healthcare needs.
Going forward, Ping An Good Doctor and Organon will leverage strengths to deepen cooperation in digital marketing, patient services and health management, respectively. Continued technological innovation and model optimization, along with the further expansion of service scenarios, are expected to improve healthcare service accessibility and quality, and contribute to the “Healthy China 2030” initiative.
