Incorporated in 2014, Ping An Healthcare and Technology Company Limited (“Ping An Health” or “the Company”; Stock Code: 1833.HK) is an integral part of Ping An’s managed care services system and also the flagship platform of the Group’s healthcare ecosystem. The Company was listed on the Main Board of HKEX on 4 May 2018 and was included in Hang Seng TECH Index in July 2020.

By leveraging its extensive payer resources, comprehensive provider network, leading services and the Group’s strong ecosystem, Ping An Health is committed to a unique business model based on “Managed Care + Family Doctor Membership + O2O Healthcare Services”. So far, the Company has become a professional, comprehensive, high-quality and one-stop healthcare management service provider.

Ping An Health had nearly 43 million cumulative paying users and cumulatively served 978 enterprises as of 31 December 2022. The Company has built a team of over 49,000 in-house and external doctors in 23 practices, and signed up more than 2,000 renowned external doctors. Moreover, the Company has over 5,000 partner hospitals, and 224,000 partner pharmacies with a national coverage of over 35%. The Company has enabled 1-hour drug delivery service in 216 cities and 24/7 drug delivery service in 88 cities. In addition, Ping An Health has over 100,000 partner healthcare service providers, and over 2,000 health checkup partners in over 300 cities across the country.

As of 30 June 2022, the number of registered users on its platform exceeded 440 million, while cumulative consultations nearing 1.3 billion. The platform has accumulated nearly 49,000 internal and external doctor teams from 20 practices as well as fitness trainers, nutritionists and counseling psychologists. In addition, the platform has also signed up more than 1,500 external famous doctors in total. The Company had over 3,000 partner hospitals (approximately 85% of which are tertiary hospitals), 208,000 partner pharmacies with a national coverage of over 35% and enabled 1-hour drug delivery service in more than 150 cities supporting 24/7 drug delivery service in 80 cities and with more than 100,000 partner healthcare service providers. In addition, Ping An Health had more than 1,800 health checkup partners in more than 320 cities, serving a total of 749 enterprises.

Mr. Fang Weihao, has extensive experience in management and finance, and particularly in healthtech. He established Ping An International Financial Leasing Company Limited, and is currently the Chairman and CEO of Ping An Healthcare Management Co., Ltd. Previously, Mr. Fang served as the Executive Vice-President of Far East Horizon Limited, and Deputy General Manager of Sinochem International Tendering Co., Ltd. He obtained a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and automation from Beijing Institute of Technology, a master's degree in business administration from China Europe International Business School, and a doctorate degree in applied economics from Xi'an Jiaotong University.

Mr. WU Jun joined Ping An Group in 1993 and has served as Assistant to the General Manager of Tianjin Branch of Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance, Deputy General Manager of Guangdong Branch of Ping An Property &Casualty Insurance, General Manager of Fujian Branch, Jiangsu Branch and Shanghai Branch of Ping An & Casualty Insurance. Assistant to General Manager of Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance, General Manager of Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Online Customer Center etc. Mr. Wu has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry and has extensive experience in the sales and fintech innovation. He also has extensive experience in serving companies in the healthcare ecosystem and integration of O2O business models. He has been awarded the Outstanding Young Entrepreneur of Fujian Province, Ping An Group’s Outstanding Manager and the Ping An Medal (second class) etc. Mr. WU Jun was graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor‘s degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering in July 1985 and Wuhan Institute of Water Transport Engineering with a Master’s degree in Marine Internal Combustion Engines in July 1988.

ZANG Luoqi
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ping An Healthcare and Technology Company Limited
Ms. ZANG Luoqi (臧珞琦), aged 42, has been the senior vice president and chief financial officer of the Company since March 2022 when she joined the Group. Ms. Zang is experienced in financial and operation management, corporate risk control, financing, M&A and investment management of global multinational enterprises as well as Chinese Internet companies for multiple years. She worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte at domestic and abroad, as well as InterContinental Hotels Group, Caocao Chuxing and Didi Chuxing, and served as senior executives of the company and finance department. Ms. Zang, a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), a fellow of CIMA and a fellow of The Institute of Public Accountants (FIPA), obtained a bachelor’s degree in Arts from Fudan University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Melbourne.

ZANG Luoqi
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ping An Healthcare and Technology Company Limited
Ms. ZANG Luoqi (臧珞琦) has been the senior vice president and chief financial officer of the Company since March 2022 when she joined the Group. Ms. Zang brings a wealth of experience in financial and operation management, corporate risk control, M&A, investment and financing management working across global multinational enterprises and Chinese Internet technology companies.
