The 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE) kicked off at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). On November 8, at the CIIE venue, Ping An Healthcare and Technology Company Limited ("Ping An Good Doctor", stock code: 1833.HK) and Haleon (China) Co., Ltd. ("Haleon") signed a cooperation agreement. The two companies will fully leverage their resources and advantages in the healthcare sector to create a new "product-service-retail" health consumption link. Through a full-scenario health product matrix and proactive family doctor services, they aim to meet the health management needs of diverse populations and build a closed-loop health management ecosystem for the nation.
Against the backdrop of the further deepening "Healthy China" initiative, public health awareness has significantly increased, and the potential for health consumption is substantial. The market is characterized by rapid growth, continuous business model innovation, and an ongoing optimization of consumption structures. In April 2025, 12 departments including the Ministry of Commerce and the National Health Commission jointly issued the "Special Action Plan for Promoting Healthy Consumption" (《促进健康消费专项行动方案》), outlining key measures to facilitate healthy consumption, heralding broad growth space for the sector.
The collaboration between Ping An Good Doctor and Haleon will jointly advance the fulfillment of Chinese residents' health management needs, empower discipline development, enhance public health literacy, improve the accessibility and effectiveness of full-link health management services, and promote the high-quality development of healthy consumption.

Under the major trend of health consumption, the integration with Haleon's extensive health product matrix empowers Ping An Good Doctor to offer users more holistic and varied health management solutions.
