Under the launch of the "Digital Diabetes Management Research Report", Dr. Mao Fan from NCNCD delivered a keynote speech titled "Analysis of the Effectiveness of Online Diabetes Management Based on Ping An Million Chronic Disease Project" during the conference. The study analyzed user data from Ping An's Chronic Disease Manager online glycemic control training camp. The results showed that, after a 6-month period following the conclusion of the program, the users who participated in the online training camp achieved a glucose control rate of 57.3%. Detailed data trend analysis was conducted on the sample population, revealing that users with abnormal glucose levels at the start of the program experienced a decrease in fasting plasma glucose from 7.54±2.13 mmol/L at the beginning of the camp to 6.44±1.42 mmol/L at the end of the camp. Furthermore, during the subsequent 1-month follow-up, it further improved to 5.68±2.05 mmol/L. Similar trends were observed during the 3-month and 6-month follow-ups.

The conclusion indicates that the lifestyle medicine management approach, combining online management tools and Enterprise WeChat community glycemic control training camp, is directly correlated with the reduction in glucose control levels through proactive health intervention measures. It provides an effective impact on improving the health outcomes of the managed subjects and significantly enhances their adherence to management. It has long-term effects on glucose control and improvement. This conclusion further reveals the advantages and potential of digital healthcare management tools in long-term glycemic control, providing important reference for regional chronic disease prevention and treatment.
